A client came to us with the concern that her long term boyfriend was cheating on her with her own sister. The couple had been together for six years and were talking of marriage when the client had started to notice changes in her boyfriend’s behaviour and flirtatious interactions between him and her sister. The couple lived on their own together but frequently visited the client’s parents who lived nearby with their other youngest daughter and this is when the client had initially become concerned particularly as her sister was seven years younger and only eighteen.

To establish whether there was any foundation to her suspicions the client requested that surveillance be used to monitor her boyfriend over several different sessions when she thought it most likely that he could be meeting with her sister. Though the first session carried out came back with no indication of another relationship the client requested a second and it was in this session that the relationship between the client’s boyfriend and her sister was confirmed. The target was witnessed meeting the sister of the client in a nearby bar where they were flirtatious and talkative throughout the evening. At around 11pm the pair drove to a nearby park where they proceeded to become intimate with one another.

We presented the client with a full report which contained all of the evidence gained throughout the surveillance sessions. Using the evidence we provided the client was able to confront the pair and end her relationship with her partner.
