An extremely worried parent called Detective in Reading as she was concerned about her daughter’s whereabouts. Her daughter had walked out of the house after a heated argument and she had not been able to make contact with her since despite many attempts.

After taking as much information as we could from our client to build up a picture of the weeks leading up to her departure we advised her that we could conduct an investigation using all of the resources we have available to us to gain any information in the public domain to help trace her missing daughter.

An extensive investigation took place during the following week and finally after making contact with an acquaintance on facebook we established that she had last been seen in the company of a man who worked at a travelling fair which had been visiting their town. We traced where the fair was currently located and after visiting the destination we were able to make a positive sighting of the girl who was again in the company of a male individual working at the venue. We immediately passed on our findings to her mother who was able to take appropriate action to contact her daughter.
